Bottle. Pale color, lots of particles inside, ok white head. Helles flavor, lagery, kind of floral and fruity. Mild herbal and grainy, vegetabley-ish. Light body, average carbonation, sourish aftertaste.

Wasseralfinger Spezial, Flasche aus dem CAP-Markt, Nördlingen. - Satt goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase volles, leicht getreidig-süßes helles Malz, milde aber feine Herbe von Heu und Kräutern. - Antrunk rund hellmalzig, zart brotig und dezent malzsüß mit fein fruchtiger, wenig herber Zitrone. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang knappe kräuterig-zitronige Herbe. - Angenehmes, rund malziges Export mit sortentypisch sparsamer, für meinen Geschmack zu knapper Hopfung. (23.6.2020.)

Bottle. Malty, grassy aroma. Malty, grassy, somewhat flowery light but clearly noticeable hopbitter flavor. Hint of rubber. Pleasant and tasty helles.

Bottle, 0.5l. Clear yellow pour with two finger soapy white head. Average retention and lacing. Nose is malty, grassy, slightly sweet with a touch of hay. Thin body with slightly aggressive carbonation. Regular texture, prickly on the tongue. Mild in both taste and aroma, usual bittersweet deal. Slightly malty, quite grainy, grassy, touch of earthy hops. A bit peppery. Some hay and slight metallic acidity. But still, everything quite mild and subdued. Overall, ok beer with no real redeeming features. Nothing outstanding but good thirst quencher on a hot summer day. Nothing more than that, though. Drinkable.

50cl bottle. Pours clear pale golden colour with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of hay, soft grainy malt, mild hops. Taste of medium sweet pale malt, some grains and yellow fruits, mild bitter hops, nothing special.

Old rating. Best before 09.05.11. Sweetish grainy, slightly fresh. Not too intense, grainy sweetish, malty.
