Bottle. Hazy orange golden, thinner white foamy head, nonlasting. Quite strong wild soury nose, vinous, some ripe peaches and quite sharp balsamic presence. Moderate sourness, puckery with some sweetness, ripe and fruity. Mildly tart. Lighter and fresh. Great.

Monday 25th September 2023, Shrewsbury Gathering in Chez Sophie, 5 blokes and loads of beer. Cork and caged bottle from Simon, cheers mate. It's a sour puss, hazy yellow, wispy head and plenty of Brett attitude.

375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 23. Thanks Simon for bringing this back from your hols in Spain. Hazed golden yellow, thin white ring atop. Big bretty floral aroma.. good brett presence to taste, nice wild nuances with gentle citrus and peachy notes. Lovely beer.
