Das Rolschter (Rudolstädter) Brauhaus läßt drei Alltagssorten (Pils, Dunkel, Weiße) bei der fränkischen Kaiser-Bräu produzieren und braut daneben ausgefallenere Sorten auf einer eigenen Bio-zertifizierten Brauanlage in Rudolstadt-Cumbach. - "Rolschter Pils", Flasche von nah&frisch, Uhlstädt, 27.7.2025. - Strohgelb, blank. - In der Nase dünnes helles Malz und sortentypisch schlanke, recht generische zitronige Hopfung, eher Industriebier-artig. - Antrunk schlank und etwas hart hellmalzig mit zitronenschaliger Hopfung, die zwar ausreichend Bittere bewirkt aber aromatisch schmalspurig wirkt. Nicht zu stark rezent. Im Abgang sortentypische hopfenwürzige und zitronige Hopfenherbe. - Schlankes, einigermaßen rundes aber unterkomplexes Pilsner, ein typisches Lohnbier.

Herb getreidiger, leicht süßer Beginn. Dunkel, schnell steigende Bitterkeit, süffig. Trocken bitterer Mittelteil, angenehm würzig, feine Karbonisierung. Weicher Hopfen, langer bitterer Nachhall. Klassisches bitteres Pils. 9/11/10/9/8/9

Light grassy aroma. Hopbitter, grassy, earthy flavor. Hopbitter, grassy aftertaste.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear yellow with a dense white head. Clean malty nose. Medium body with clean malts and some delicious flowery hops that also leave a solid bitterness. Very clean indeed. 220309

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, toasted, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090322]

bottle, labelled Pörze Rolschter Premium Pils. Clear pale yellow, medium-sized creamyhead. Hoppy with a decent malty background, pleasantly spicy. Hints of grain.

Bottle, 4.9%. Straw and hay aroma. Clear pale golden colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour has a good bitterness, a little rough. A distinct aroma hoppiness along with some malt. The finish is quite bitter and rough, but definitely cleansing.

50 cL bottle, comes as Pörze Rolschter Premium Pils. Pours clear and pale yellow with a dense white head. Light breadish and mild corn aroma. Flavour is medium sweet with a mild beadish note. Dry and mild spiced finish.
