Panda at home, thanks to the SHIG, 10/07/21. Lightly hazed deep amber with a good sized off white head. Nose is dusty hops, bitter orange, toasted malts, caramel, light pine dusting. Taste comprises orange peel, light herb, brown bread, toasted grains, light pine, trace of grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Not bad.

Bottle: Poured a lively mahogany brown with a huge creamy tan head. Aroma is hoppy, rye, malty. Taste is bitter hops, very edgy, malty balance, spicy, rye undertones.
