2/II/24 - 33cl can from La Source (webshop), shared @ home, BB: 17/IV/24, lot: P665 (2024-73)
Pretty clear yellow blond beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: clean lemony smell, some lactobacillus, fruity impression, a little funky, earthy touch. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: fruity start, pretty sourish, ripe plums, bitter touch, a little soapy. Aftertaste: sourish, bitter, lemon peel, more acidic, earthy, a bit astringent in the finish.

Tap at the brewery. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Med-high sourness, lacto-fruity mix. A bit of lacto funk, but mostly cereal and fruity from the mirabelles. Good, tasty, not great though.

33cl can, BB 17/04/2024, batch# P665.
Fruity, very fruity... Tasty combination with the yarrow.
