Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Getreidig-bitterer, leicht hopfiger Beginn. Herb-würzig, kaum noch hopfig, kurzer Abgang. Ok. 9/7/7/6//7

Bottle. Almost clear pale golden with lively carbonation. Crisp malts, light lime, pineapple, spruce, grassy, dried flowers. Quite hoppe with some fruits but also in a German way. Light sweet and bitter, over light bodied with quite some carbonation. Not bad, I quite like it.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L402 (BBF 29.01.20). AROMA: medium-low sweet malt note with a honey-like and slight underatenuated character. medium oxidized hops (isovaleric). APPEARANCE: light gold colour and clear. excessive white head with good retention. TASTE: low hop notes (pine), followed by low neutral malt (sweet), faint fruity esters. high to very high bitterness with a dry and very bitter finish. PALATE: low body with excessive carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a pale ale with formulation and execution problems
