Sample at Doolally Khar, Mumbai. Amber beer, small head. Aroma is smoke, smoked ham, mat. Taste is the same, sweet, bitter, smoke. Not bad

7 3 7 3 14Draft at Doolally Kemps Corner. Clear amber brown with an off white head. Aroma of smoked malt, smoked bacon, toffee and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Keg at the brewpub - Mumbai. Pours lightly hazy amber with a creamy, off-white head. Restrained smokey aroma, some ham, bready malts. Medium sweet flavour with more modest smoke, nips of caramel, bread, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with notes of candies ham, mild smoke, more bready malts. Nice stuff.
