Our Culinary Adventures continue with Sarah Harris’ fifth Patrons Project beer, a rich and deep plum porter made with Harewood Food & Drink Project and Harewood House Trust, featuring ingredients from the Harewood Estate. Bringing flavours of Christmas, with dried dark fruits, hints of chocolate, and of course plums, combined with Super Crystal and Munich malts into a 5.5% treat of a beer.

Аромат классического портера сливогого. Есть небольшая составляющая жженки, легкая сладость, много сливы само собой, ваниль, немного шоколада возможно. Цвет черный, тело весьма легкое, пены нету почти. Во вкусе бросается сразу кислота от сливы, она как будто ягодная, весьма яркая. А вот при глотке уже есть приятная слива с ванилью легкой и шоколадом умеренной сладостью. Ровно и хорошо, классика Британская.
