7 3 7 3 14Draft at Doolally Kemps Corner. Hazy golden with a white head.  Aroma of yeast, light pepper and lemon.  Flavour is above light sweet and bitter.  Above light bodied with light carbonation.

Keg at the brewpub - Mumbai. Pours unclear gold with a small, creamy white head. Effervescent. The nose has simple saison yeast, wheat bread, some esters. Light-medium sweet flavour with more wheat bread, a little doughy character, mellow bitter hay. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Pretty well balanced in the finish, with a touch of alcohol warmth, more doughy what bread, hay. Enjoyable saison.
