Where is the line between an IPA and a Pale Ale? With this one we aimed to explore the just-barely-IPA side of the horizon. At a crushable 6.3%, Fractal Horizon is hopped like an IPA for big aromatics from our favorite trio of American hops: Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic, while remaining dry, crisp, and refreshing. Perhaps the perfect beer for gazing out at the skyline.

Draft, taster @Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen (Denmark). 04/05/2023 [#6.180 Global - #987 United States of America - #29 Moksa Brewing Company] Pours clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma: grapefruit, bit dank hops and dough. Taste: fresh gapefruit, grass and citrus. Bit grainy. Next one please!

Clear yellow golden colour, no head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, some citra, dank. Taste of very fresh grassy and citrusy hops, dank. Moderate bitterness.

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out oily resins, light pine, and dankness. Flavour has a strange sweaty hop character, armpits, and light like. Sweaty finish, not great hop expression. It's alright.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 040523

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is mildly cheesy, grapefruit, a bit dank, powdered sugar. Taste is the same, decent bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad.
