Can, batch 02/2023 from Walther Mai. Hazy golden, golden foam. Light peppery orange and lemonpeel aroma. Medium body, fruity chewy, apple, light wood, minerals, herbal, grassy bitter backbone, lemonbalm finish. Nice.

Getreidig-hopfiger Beginn, mittelstarke Herbe. Geringe Süße, ansteigende Bitterkeit von geringem Level aus, trocken. Würzig getreidiger Mittelteil, spritzig, die Hopfigkeit nimmt ab. Mittellanger Abgang. 11/10/11/11/9/11

0,44 l can. BB 21.03.2024. Cloudy golden with a nearly two finger white foamy head in the glass. Looks really good. Present fresh hop on the nose with caramel and grain. Taste starts mid hoppy, fresh, some hints of peppermint. Pale grainy, some cookies. Below average carbonation. Not bad at all.
