For this years Boot Print brew we have taken inspiration from the last decade and brewed a New School West Coast IPA with the hops Loral, Ekuanot and HBC 586, creating a IPA with notes of citrus, herbs, wood, stone fruit and tropical fruit flavours.
Like previous years women from the whole beer industry all over the world come together 8th of March to brew with each other with passion for knowledge, inclusivity, diversity, peace and hops. Gulbrun lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter korn, lys karamell og tørket frukt. Middels fylde og bitterhet. Smaker noe sitrusskall og tørket frukt. Tørr.

Tåkete lys brun med masse luftig hvitt skum. Lukter ananas, malt. Frisk med smak av sitrus og grapefrukt. Slettes ikke ille.

Can 44 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a solid and lacing, white head. Lovely piney nose. Medium body, some slightly sweet, tropical fruitiness. Hoppy finish. Solid craftmanship. 250723

Gyllengul grumlad vätska med rejält och gräddvitt skumlock. Arom av ananas, apelsin och småkakor. Markerad maltighet möter en hög vägg av välsmakande beska. Mjuk och len munkänsla.

draught @ Akkurat as Hop Notch Boot Print 2023 New School West Coast IPA Aroma has tropical fruits and fruit juice. Also fruit candy and orange. Flavour has grapefruity hops turning a bit on the herbal side at the end. Also tropical fruits, minerals, some fruit juice. Crisp and easy to drink but perhaps a bit thin and watery for this ABV. And simple too.
