Can. An unclear orange colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma has lots of grapefruit, orange and some pine cones, with some alcohol, pale malts and oat notes. It's full-bodied, warming and sweet on the palate, softly carbonated, with some dryness and bitterness. Pale malts, grapefruit, orange and pine cones in the flavor. Alcohol, grass and sweetness. Lasting finish. Too sweet and too sharp this one. Still quite nice. 230408

Etter god dugnad på båtplassen, nyter jeg nå en velfortjent 0,44 boks fra et av mine favorittbryggerier: helt uklar gyldengul med fint skum som varer og varer. Voi, voi - dette er raske leker (lekre saker) som innfrir de høye forventinger jeg alltid har til Bjarte&co. Heftig og begeistret aroma og smak hvor citrusparaden også inneholder lychee, aprikoser, mango/papaya, pasjonsfrukt og guava. Velkalibrert bitterhet sørger for balansen i den solide maltkroppen, og ettersmaken er overveldende. Håper denne er starten på et langt og vakkert bryggerisamarbeid!

8-3-8-4-16 Can, #547, ten days after canning. Pours cloudy dark yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tropical hops with mango, pineapples and citrusy notes, as well as oats, herbal notes and piney notes. Thick, creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops with tropical notes of passion fruits, mango and citrusy notes, as well as sweet oats and herbal notes with pine, ferns and forresty minerals. Dry, herbal finish.
