Bottle, taster @MBCC 2023, Copenhagen (Denmark). 05/05/2023. [#6.280 Global - #86 France - #10 Brasserie Popihn] Pours bright red with almost no head. Aroma: mixed red berries, funk and yoghurt. Taste: wine barrels, tannins and red fruits. Wild yeast. Good. Next one please!
