Barrel-aged imperial stout with coffee
The base consists of four of our stout recipes and four different types of casks aged between 12 and 20 months. We chose some recipes that were a bit bigger in body to keep the acidity of the coffee in balance. Aromas of your favorite coffee shop in the morning, with flavors of freshly roasted coffee, smokey oak, chocolate, and Winter baking spices.
Blending info: casks: willet bourbon, dickel 15 year bourbon, eagle rare bourbon, great wagon bourbon.

Bottle thanks to Mike. Pours black with small tan head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong roast, cocoa, green pepper, wood, bourbon. Slick body, dark chocolate, spice, roast, green pepper, boozy, good.

Drucken på fat på MBCC-23. En riktigt stor och maffig bourbon pastry. Kaffe, choklad, vanilj, bourbon, fudge, massiv kropp och allt sitter. Kanske inte bäst men blandade bästa.
