Vintage 2023. Aroma of straw, barnyard, quince, some cheese, flowers, citrus. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes sour, lactic, fruity, citric, with some quince. Lovely stuff, really great for the low ABV. The quince is very well integrated. Lovely funk notes. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

Tap @MBCC2023, Blue Session. Cloudy pale yellow, white head. Mild funky aroma, some citrus-like notes, could be quince. Sweet flavour, juicy, citrusy.

0,75l bottle at Nicos place. Vintage 2023. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, grassy, quince, bretty. Nice to very nice smell. Light body, soft carbonation. tastes quince, grassy, earthy, peppery. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of quince, grassy and funky notes. Very nice one

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart citrus zest and light lacto. Flavour is full of citrus zest and lacto. There's some apple skins on the finish. Pleasant but particularly invigorating.

MBCC. Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 050523

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is quince, fresh fruits, bretty too. Taste is quince wheat, yoghurt. Oily mouthfeel, sparkly carbonation. Tasty stuff!
