Can. A- Cinnamon, roasty, earthy, cocoa. A- Black color, dark liquid, light brown head. T- Cinnamon, char, earthy, slightly bitter, espresso, chicory. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly dry finish. O- Could use more maple and sweetness. The coffee is really earthy and the cinnamon brings a dryness with it. Cinnamon almost overpowers it. Takes more like a bad Vietnamese coffee.
