Pour is a clear cherry red with a large white head. Aroma is toasted grain and caramel. Flavor is a big hit of dark fruit out of nowhere. Like raisin juice. Then comes a slight sweetness and more of the toasted grain. Not your typical amber lager this had a little more oomph.

200ml draught, TTO at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Covering beige head, upper part lacing on the glass, next-to-clear dark reddish-brown body. Mid-sweet smell of caramel malts and berry skins. Caramel-berries flavours added by noble hops. Mid-dry and mid-sweet malt-driven end. Medium bodied. Pretty fair. (Tromsø, 07.06.2023).

On tap at Peders, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt and a hint of herbal notes. Flavour reveals toasted malt, herbal notes, and bready malt. Toasty nuts and herbal notes on the finish. Pleasant but a bit too herbal.

Poured from the tap. Amber gold with off white head. Sweet caramel malt, enjoyable lager.
