Tap at Peders. Dark chestnut, claret shine, tan cream. Roast, caramel, berries, peat smoke. Medium to full, light oily body, tar and peat, barrel notes, grainy, berry sweetness, chewy dark malt notes. Distinctive.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen (30/06/2023) - Missed during the MBCC madness. Dark roasted and sweet smokey bourbon infused malty with notes of cocoa, liquorice, molasses, toffee, dried fruit shred, singed brown sugar, full bodied, whisky washed wooden smoked malty lingering warming finish. Great.

A very dark brown colour, no head. Aroma of mild smoked dark malt, some peated malt, tannins. Taste of peated dark malt, pine needles, caramel, long bitter finish.
