We scraped the caviar within boutique farmed beans from Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, Congo, and Madagascar for this unique spin on our vanilla stout. Draft, taster. @Peders, Copenhagen (Denmark). 04/05/2023 [#6.142 Global - #949 United States of America - #18 Forager Brewing Company] Pours black, no head. Aroma: tons of Vanilla and bourbon barrels. Taste: traces of dark fruits, bourbon barrels and vanilla beans. Sticky sweet mouthfeel. Vanilla forward aftertaste. Next one please!

A black beer, no head. Aroma of sweet strong dark malt, chocolate, vanilla. Taste of strong dark roasted malt, coffee, vanilla, bourbon. Good.

Draught @ Peders. Heavy and sweetish with some vanilla, raisins, roastiness, bourbon and cocoa. Quite balanced.

On tap at Peders, pours black with a tiny head. Aroma brings out deep molasses, vanilla beans, light roast and bourbon. Flavour is absurdly complex, with intense vanilla beans, roast, and bourbon barrels. The vanilla is decadent and complex. Wonderful.

Tap @ Peders. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 040523
