On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a deep dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart plum, some sugars and bready malt. Flavour is very sugary, with tart plums, intense sugars, and toffee. Extremely sugary, tart plum finish. This doesn't work for me at all.

brown to chestnut colour, moderate sized creamy beige-ish head; aroma and taste of rune, dried cherry, some dark chocolate, red wine and moderate caramel notes; great one!

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is plums, liqueur, sweet, raisins. Taste is plums, raisins, very sweet, jelly-like, vineous. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. A bit too much for me.

Draft at MBCC 2023, Blue session. Poured a murky medium brown colour with a lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is big plums, light toffee caramel. The flavour is strong sweet, with a rich, oily, tart plum, warm boozy alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Nice, but a touch heavy on the plums.

Draught@pohjala brewery taproom. Coppery brown colour, small head. Aroma is plum, alcohol, some spices and mild toffee. Flavour is plum, raisins, toffee and some alcohol. Mellow. Mild tartness in finish.

Tap at Pohjala taproom. Opaque colour, not much head. Plum and glue in the nose. Medium-bodied. Tartish plums, booze, toffee sweetness in the flavour. Not my thing, maybe too fresh.

0,1l on tap @ the brewery. Pours very dark viscous brown with a low head. Aroma is sweet malts, plum, oak. Flavor is sweet toasted malts, plum, raisin, sherry, alcohol, some hops. Very nice.

33cl bottle bought at the brewery. Pours dark brown with a tanned head. Fruity aroma with plums, dried fruits, wood and notes of alcohol. Sweet, warming, acidic and rather flavourful with with warming alcohol. Liqueur like and desserty, but quite enjoyable.
