Tap @ Holm Cider. Hazy golden without head. Aroma is sweet, apples, green apples and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. 040523

Bottle @Holm Cider. Nearly clear golden, small white head. Funky yellow apple aroma. Dry, funky apple flavour.
