Flaska från SB. Disig gyllengul vätska utan skum. Funk och syrlig doft med äpplen, fat, stall och vinäger. Mjuk och rund syra, en hel del torr och lite murrig cider, fruktig vinäger. Mer ciderkaraktär men ölen finns där och ger drycken fler lager och nyanser. Gifter sig mycket väl. Riktigt gott

Fat på Brewskival 2023. Gul, vit krona. Äpple, syra, funk, fat. Djup syra, går mot lite vinäger.

Clear golden colour. Aroma has a gentle funk and subtle fruity hop notes. Taste has a tangy acidity. Perhaps a little vanilla sweetness in the background too. The wood is really present. Dry tannin finish.

Draught, taster @Holm Cider, Copenhagen (Denmark). 04/05/2023. [#6.228 Global - #146 Sweden - #1 Pomologik (My Swedish Brewery / Cidery #37)] Pours hazy golden with almost no head. Aroma: tart green apples, brett and yeast. Taste: tart, bit sulphur, funk and leather. Bretty mouthfeel. Refreshing. Next one please!

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Aarhus. Pours almost clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma of apples, yeast, light wood. Flavor is sour, tart apple, yeast, wood. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 190523

Bottle. Hazy golden color with no head. Aroma is funky, bretts, apples, deep red apple skin. Taste is the same, saison funk, bretty, leather, apples. Oily mouthfeel, tiny spark. Very good character!
