Mixed fermentation ale foeder fermented and aged in freshly dumped wine barrels for 21 months. After bottling on 6/26/20 the mixed fermentation ale was naturally carbonated and allowed to further age until release.

Bottle at SP Invitational. Pours a cloudy gold with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is funk and oak. Thin body, funky, apple skin, oak, vinous, dry finish, very nice.
