Return to Innocence is our new lager series aptly named and inspired by a certain new age, world-beat group popular in the 90’s.
This beer is truly a global effort of ingredients. We paired our favorite base malt, German Barke Pilsner, with the newer Australian Enigma hop that we really dig. We also wanted to feature a brand new lineage of lager yeast known as Nova Lager!
The beer is indeed very clean and refreshing with bready, toasty malt, and pleasing hoppy notes of tangerine, currant, cantaloupe, and white wine notes, similar to our house fave hop, Nelson Sauvin:)

Yeast - Nova Lager (Llalemand x Renaissance BioScience)

During MBCC 2023 Saturday afternoon session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, along with superhelpful, bossy, funny, and sarcastic Rachel, hehe. Aroma: lager hops. Taste: same, crispy, a bit malty and fruity. Overall: ok.
