Gold with a foamy head of modest duration. Fruity for a pils with green apple overtones. Grassy underneath with noticeable caramel, which is also unusual. Taste is moderate bitter with a sweet, caramel base underneath. Grassy, grainy finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, good chewiness. Goes down easy. Good.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', 4.8% abv, best before July 2024. Almost clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately fruity-floral aroma of honey, apricot and light grains. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral, minimally grassy taste of grains, straw, a touch of honey and light apricot, followed by a short, gently bitter, minimally dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy and husky, pale malty aroma, mild malty spiciness, minimally doughy yeasty and very weak, fruity hoppy overtones. Taste is husky, pale malty and slightly fruity hoppy, mild hop bitterness, mild malty spiciness, a touch of apple. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice mouthfeel, rather mild - OK.

Sampled @ Craft Frankfurt 2023. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of pale malt, some dms, grains. Taste is the same.
