26 March 2023. At The Hanging Bat, Edinburgh. Shared with the lovely Anke!
A: clear golden, small, foamy, white head.
A: biscuit, yeast, sugar, wort, overripe plum.
T: sweet plum, biscuit, orange peel, yeast.
F: faint grassy hops, some pine, bitter yeast.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Too yeasty and unrefined.

On cask @ Ryries, early March 2023. Appearance - hazy lemon with a white head. Nose - lemon, bready and caramel. Taste - lemon and orange. Bready still. Palate - light bodied, creamy and decent texture. Dry finish. Overall - quite good.

Cask at Winstons. £5 a pint! Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light orange and caramel. Taste is more of the same. Oily finish.
