Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Pale yellow-golden body, off-white head. Lean, dry passion fruit-driven aroma. Lean, dry passion fruit-driven taste, sweetish, no distinct honey profile. Okay I guess.

Tap at Zichovec Winter Affair 2026. Good balance of sweet and sour. Honey is a bit lost beneath the passionfruit. Tasty, drinkable, but a bit too basic.

Scent is full, passion fruit indeed ! Fun and fresh. Taste is sharp, some fruit acidity, refreshing dryness. milder to hidden on the honey. Medium carbo. Lovely summer fresh fruity mead, though the concept of easy drinking mead is a bit lost to me, as the use of an easy drinker doesn't match the high price a mead costs to me... appart from that, it's a reall good drink for sure.
