Inspired by the official tipple of Christmas mornings, hungover brunches, and toasts to the newlyweds, we’ve captured the essence of morning-tipsy magic of Buck‘s Fizz in this Champagne yeast fermented pale ale, topped up with real orange juice.
Crisp pale ale fermented with Champagne yeast for a clean, dry, white-grape finish, balanced with the sweetness of orange juice for a spritzy fruit finish.

Can at home. Insane fizzy white head on top of an unclear bright yellow colored beer. Aroma is malts and also dominated by the champagne yeast. Flavor is similar. The yeast is dominantly present, lightly malty and a bit lemon-ish sourish. Weird. Not a fan.

44cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale, orange gold, fairly hazy, with very abundant white foam, medium grained and fading quickly. Aroma is citrus, orange peel star anise. Body is average, with marked carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with a hint of acidity. Final is on the short side.

Keg @ Vocation & Co, Hebden Bridge. Hazy golden with a light fizz from its carbonation and next to no head. Mild sugars sweeten up the fruitier elements with an exotic taste in this respect.
