Tart and sour, fruity, a bit sweet. Red cherries, apricot, lime, fairly acidic. Rich and complex, not quite what I expected but very tasty, excellent.

Sour, tart and intense with some acidic notes, hints of jammy stonefruits, cherries and earthiness. Slightly funky and earthy.

Poured from a 750 ml, 2021 vintage bottle. Aroma is fairly cherry forward with hints of lemon. Light tannins and cinnamon notes. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol and oak. Pours a fairly clear, pinkish red with hints of orange hues on the edges. Small, thin, slightly pink head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat acidic with a medium light sweetness and hints of malt character. Light bitterness and hints of alcohol. Moderately strong cherry notes with lighter tannins and cinnamon notes. Hints of lemon, oak and a faint tropical notes. Faint earthy, herbal funk. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with low to medium low carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid, American kriek. Cable Car offers a nice base and works well with the cherries. The cherries have a nice cinnamon, cherry pie character without any medicinal notes

Thnx to Tom ! Pours dark orangered. No real head. Scent is full, cherry, american sour ale simplicity. Taste is full, chery, american sour ale style lactic acid. Peppery phenolic character. Very dry. OK. Not bad, but surely not worth the hype.
