Our core-range Super Gold Premium Lager, which we also refer to amongst ourselves as our "Adjunct Lager", or "Rustic Pils". This beer is a take on some of our favourite beers and is brewed with extra pale malt, and a healthy proportion of oats, wheat, flaked barley, and other adjuncts we feel fit the rustic nature of this beer. Fermented with a German lager strain and hopped with UK Admiral and UK Challenger hops from Brook House Hops in Herefordshire for a pronounced hop character.

Can from the interweb I believe. It pours clear pale yellow with a white cap. The aroma is sweet, slightly oily, has a honeydew melon character, touch of greengage, gooseberry full, grain, cereal and granola. The taste is fairly crisp, dry, snappy, grassy bitterness, green fruits, melon, greengage, pear, white grape, nip of spice, toasty grain and straw with a drying finish. Average body and fine+ carbonation. Has quite a nice depth of flavour for the style. Solid.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft Depot. Pours totally clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, a little metallic, some lightly bitter straw, biscuits, grass. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more pale biscuits, subtly bitter straw, grain husk, bit more grass. Quite basic overall.
