In this Duality, we added a lot of fresh plums from Mr. Marjan from Vrbovec, who became the yearly supplier for peaches and plums in our beers.
The aroma is dominated by fruitiness and wild-funky notes that, of course, come from Brett. Flavour is also funky and fruity. The freshness that comes from sourness is complemented with plum sweetness. In the end, tannins that come from aging in wooden barrels are well joined with all the above, and they complete this well-rounded wild beer.
Fruit: Plums 150g/L
Yeast/microbes: Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus and something wild

Bottle from SD, shared with heavy and Peky. Wild, tart, soft, fruity, lightly plummy aroma. Lean, soft, dry, sour taste, pleasant plummy note. Bit more simplistic than expected, but well balanced in a way and tasty.

On tap at LKBW22. Hazy amber, small head. Plum, cherry, funky, cheese. Moderate sourness, puckering, moderate carbonation, light body. Berries, red wine, soft tannic notes. Refreshing. No great complexity but a very nice wild beer.
