Bottle from the brewery Webshop. Acidic nose, stone fruits and white wine with mild Brett-ish character. Fresh and fruity, really had some grape like character to the taste. Nice smooth wild sour.

Bottle. Bit hazy golden with fluffy white head. Sweet malts, yeasty, a lot of Nevel funk as well but also it seems like there’s something that’s almost like bakers yeast. Grassy, orange blossom, tangerine peels. Funky and zesty with a solid malt base. Medium sweet, lighter sour and bitter. Medium bodied with bubbly carbonation. Nice, quite different from other Nevel beers but tasty.
