A: hazy bright yellow, thin, off-white head.
A: fresh passion fruit, peach, lime, yoghurt.
T: sour passion fruit, lime, yoghurt, vague mango.
F: tart citrus & passion fruit flesh.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Quite intense, reminds me a bit of Zichovec Passion Fruit.

Can from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours opaque bright yellowish orange with small white head. Aroma is initially dried apricot, then passion fruit, mango, lime, yeast, white wine and leather. Taste is medium sweet, faint to light bitter and very acidic. Body is watery with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sour with notes of tropical fruit, yeast, vinegar, lemon and white wine.
