For this collaboration with our friends from Garage Beer we decided to brew a modern West Coast DIPA with New Zealand hop varieties. We were going for a crisp, refreshing beer with fruity undertones, but ultimately defined by a medium-high, persistent bitterness. We are pretty happy with the results!

Dorée, col blanc-cassé.
Arôme est frais houblonné, agrumes, pin, effet céréales concassées, abricot, grains de café, prune et poire avec un apport malté qui balance le tout en rétro-nasal.
Palais sur un base classique IPA, le tout est bien fait, petite pointe d'agrumes, effet un peu café frais, nectarine, pêche blanche, léger pin en retrait avec une petite touche épicé, chair de poires et agrumes.
