Slight cinnamon aroma and flavor. Grainy, with a bit of malty sweetness. Hardly any hopbitterness. Not good!

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before July 2018. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of straw, some grains and a touch of citrus. Just a bit sweet, quite dry, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy taste of straw and some grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter, fairly dry and slightly grassy-spicy finish with a touch of metal. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

Bottle, 4.9%. Rough hop aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour has some rough hoppiness as well, a little sweet hoppiness. Does not taste like a Diät beer at all.

(Bottle 33 cl) Sometimes diet pilseners can be a very sad experience - fortunately that’s not quite the case here. Neatly pilsener golden but completely lacking head. Fairly good body with some decent hops in the finish. Not so much fuss, a decent brew without too many flaws in spite of being low in calories. 151202

Bottle: Pale golden, thin white foamy head, quickly vanishing; malty and grassy, a bit floral, nose; moderate bitter flavour; short dry, grainy, bitter and not very aromatic finish; light bodied without being watery; just a bit better than many boring german Pilseners !
