Two heads, two eyes, four paws, one tail. I have just described to you the newest Double IPA to scurry off the canning line: Double Ratclops. Created by taking the Pale Ale we know and love (and learned to never turn our backs on) and upping the scrap-factor to 100.

Notes of strawberry, peaches, mangoes, and passionfruit.

Packs a punch. Lots and lot of resins over tropical fruit and a touch of bitterness. You can pick up a little of a sweetness in the malt. No hop burn. It's solid.

Cloudy yellow-orange body, medium cream head. Aroma grape, tropical fruit, and citrus (lemon). Body creamy with sour orange, tart lemon, and white grape; delicate yet feels substantial. Fairly juicy with a decent bite.

Can from the LCBO. Murky pale orange with a small white cap that fades quickly to a sheet leaving some stringy lace. Nose is bright tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit, melon and some berries. Light berry tartness with a medium grapefruit and pineapple bitterness. Mouth is full with average carbonation and a juicy finish. 9-/3+/8/4/16
