‘Tracksuit’ is a double Bulgarian cherry, vanilla and hazenlnut Pastry sour brewed with our friends from Ukraine, Didko and Zen Brewing coming in at solid 8%.
One of the main goals for this beer was to brew a sour, yoghurty, sweet beer without using Lactose. Soured with a Bulgarian cultured lactobacillus and with mountains of Bulgarian cherry at the tail end of fermentation this is a mighty boi. The beer was then recirculated through Vanilla beans to accentuate the cherry and sweet base beer and then Hazelnuts to round it all off with some light nuttiness.
This beer is vegan!

Samplem thanks Robin Svensson! Hazy brownish amber, small head. Syrupy cherry yoghurt aroma. Sweet with medum body and rounded mouthfeel. The artificial and syrupy sweetness is countered by citric acid and sour cherry yoghurt, some nuts and vanilla ice cream . Intense, and yeah - Слава Україні!

Pours fairly dark, unclear red. Pink medium small head . Scent is mil cherry , simplistic lactic acid , whiff of vanilla (very mild) hazelnuts are hidden. Taste is smooth , balanced between the acidity and sweetness . What you’d hope for in a pastry sour ! Cherry up front , complexified by the vanilla. Hazelnut in the bakckground. Quite lovely, actually. The combination really works , and its a well balanced , well made endresult . As far as pastry sours go, this is a very reccomended one !

Clear purple red beer with a light pinkish head. Aroma of hazelnut, some cherries in the back. Taste of sour cherries, lactic fruits, vanilla, mild hazelnut.

Säuerlich-nussiger Beginn. Kirsche ist ebenfalls deutlich präsent, Vanille eher wenig. Spritzig, ansteigend fruchtig, Kirsche, das Nussaroma passt eher zu dunklen süßen Bieren. Mittellanger Abgang, ok. 10/7/8/7/8/8

Can at the rental flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours mostly clear red with a foamy, pink head that fizzles. Medium sweet flavour with some rich, tart cherry flavour, minimal vanilla or hazel nut, some berries, mild acidity. Medium bodied with spritzy, massaging carbonation. Decent balance to finish, softly warming, more rich cherry notes, raspberry, slight seedy bitterness. Quite drinkable, especially given the ABV.
