Crimson Helles lager brewed with red x malt, red crystal rye malt and a touch of Sugar Creek Stjørdal Nordic Alder wood smoked barley malt. Hopped with our hand-selected Hallertau Mittelfrueh and Sultana. Then lagered and aged in our American oak foeders.

Pint can, 7/11/23. Got it yesterday at Niemuth's. Shared a can at McFs to rave reviews so I know it's good already. Clear dark red-amber, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffe, smoke, cherry, hint of rye. Taste is smoke, rye, nuts, cherry, citrus, oak. Crisp, well balanced. Nice.

City Beer, can: pours mahogany with beige head. Aroma is oaky, malty, caramel. Taste is dryish, earthy, a bit woody. Weirdish.

Tap. Pours mostly clear copper, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is lightly smoky, caramel, camp fire, grain. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Light body. How in the Hell is this a Hell
