Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: brown in color with a with a two and a half fingers of eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed apples, clean earthy tones, grassy, floral, cocoa powder, light whiffs of black pepper, funky, oak and mineral water notes
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine funky sweet with sly tart yet spicy quality; finishes semi-spicy to earthy and some apple tones
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; smooth along the tongue but also noticeable dryness
Overall: there seems to be an abundance of characters going on with this beer that I would love to have again just to see if I pick up something else.

Pour is a murky amber with a small tan head. Aroma is an oily English brown ale malt with some funky yeast. Flavor is a smooth and silky malt with notes of chocolate and cherries. Finish has some funk with an ever so slight tartness. This was different and pretty good.

Nonic pint draft at Scales in Portland, Maine. The pour is amber and pretty much no head (served very full). The aroma is malty apple fruit, sweet and floral. The taste is bright floral, caramel malt and a soft toast. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and softly sweet, floral drying finish. Easy drinking beer, great with the oysters at Scales.

Can from Harvest. Pours a clearish, ruby amber with a full 3 fingers of rocky beige foam that lingers. Toasted chestnut, oak and barnyard notes on the nose. Palate is very similar with a light toasted malt note underneath. Peppery finish with some saison-like notes.

Canned 1/4/23, drunk 4/15/23. Dark amber, beige head is frothy, moderately well-retained. Soft, raisin, vanilla, caramel malts, easygoing, low phenol yeast. Big fruit, mineral, chalk. Soft, very special with heavy black pepper and minimal but complexity-adding medical m malts. Dry, spicy, rich, well-attenuated. Just wildly rich and flavorful with incredibly spicy hops.

Amber pour and puffy beige head. Like an English pub ale. Nose is rustic farmhouse and toffee. Tastes the same hay, woody, florals, toffee, leather, touch of fruit. Lively body. Nice
