The Rink at 401 Park is a welcomed wintertime addition to the one-acre lawn in front of Trillium Fenway. Soon to be bustling with families, friends, and neighbors eager to enjoy the outdoors year-round, our first Fenway exclusive offering was designed for après-skate enjoyment. Brewed on our 1bbl pilot system located inside our Fenway taproom, Rink pairs two of our most beloved hop varietals in Galaxy and Sabro.

Glowing orange in color, with a soft, moderate haze, we're immediately offered a synthesis of tropical notes. Upfront aromas of bright pineapple and ripe papaya transition to candied peach rings and dried apricot as the beer makes its way across the palate. The mouthfeel is what you've come to expect from a Trillium IPA, medium-bodied, plush, and well-rounded. Finishing dry with a gentle piney bitterness, we're excited to share a rink-side pour with you while it lasts.

Teku showing deep gold with a finger of clean white foam.

The nose shows moderate to intense notes of guava and papaya.

The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Guava forward with light papaya and grapefruit notes, followed by a mild bitterness.

Pours a hazy, pineapple-orange, with smallish head. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus. Flavors follow, with some white wine spice. Mouthfeel a bit thin. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish. It's not bad.

Pours murky mango into a willi. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Strong weed, fresh hop, lychee and breadfruit aromas. Medium bodied with sweet melon and papaya upfront turning to pineapple upside-down cake before the earthy, medium length hot fresh baked bread finish.

Not sure about the 50s-style marketing description for this beer, but I like hockey. Lemon citrus and peach skin. Murky yellow pour with good head and lacing. Light citrus tang finish. Nice. Tap at CK.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloud yellow color ale with a large foamy head. Aroma of juicy citrus hops notes with some light dank notes. Taste is also a mix of juicy citrusy hops notes with a dry finale with some light unrefined grain notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable but could be a little bit cleaner.

Fort Point draught, 12/6/22. Heavily hazy, orange juice. Small, but fairly well-retained, off-white head. Light citrus with cracker malt and hints of pine and sweat. Clean, no resin or booze. Really clean hop character here and the Sabro isn't chalk full of coconut-pineapple. Hint of white wine. Soft, juicy, well-attenuated, clean and no twang/resin. First Galaxy beer I can remember this season that isn't full of harsh resin. Light citrus, white wine and white peach. Good malt depth but still high attenuation. Not bursting with intense flavors or big, dank spice, but super balanced and the lack of any twang is very appreciated. Ultra soft texture is lovely, as well.

Pours a hazy orange juice color from a can. Rather light citrus and tropical fruit aroma, a little nondescript. Flavor is a little light as well. Thin in the mouth. Good beer.
