A Limonata Pale… An Ultra Pale which emulates almost toxic levels of citrus zing. A nuclear sherbet dib-dab of lemon, lime and tropical pineapple.

On keg at Cloisters. Appearance - pale golden with a decent head. Slight haze. Nose - grapefruit and some overripe melon. Taste - more of the overripe melon, dry lime finish. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - lovely contemporary beer.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, lime, lemongrass, lime peel, grapefruit, a grassy touch. Taste is citrusy hoppy, minimally herbal-grassy, notes of lime, lemon, lime peel, some grapefruit; still moderate bitterness, supporting malty backbone.

Mye godt i lavkarbo!
