Proto#28 tuo kesäisen raparperipiirakan maut lasiisi! Oluen runko on kepeä, hedelmäinen ja vehnäisen pehmeä. Raparperimehu tuo mukaan runsaasti kirpeyttä ja hapokkuutta. Reilu ripaus laktoosia pyöristää makuja ja raikas vaniljaisuus täydentää tasapainoisen kokonaisuuden.

33cl can as Raparperi Vanilja Sour. Poured hazy and orange in color, dense head. Attack of sweet vanilla cream in nose, first sip gives sourness, light rhubarb and finishes with a huge amount of that sweet vanilla custard. Good elements but too sweet for me.

Canned. Hazy yellowish orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is raspberries, vanilla and some mild wooden tones. Flavour is sweet vanilla, raspberries, some wooden and mild biscuity tones,. Also a bunch of lactose to support the vanilla. .

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear golden, mid sized head. Tart rhubarb aroma. Tart with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citric rhubarb, slight butter and cloying custard. No bitterness.

ABV: 5.0%. Cloudy medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sour malt, rhubarb - lemonade, rhubarb notes, vanilla touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, vanilla, rhubarb, rhubarb - lemonade, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230121]

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2021. Smell of vanilla, opaque yellow-greyish colour, white head. Aroma of rhubarb, vanilla, maybe some nuts, yeast. Sour. Acidic palate, flat carbon.
