Draught at the brewpub, Busan, as Dark Lager. Almost clear, dark red to dark brown colored. AROMA- toasted malts, caramel, fruity - strawberry, elderberries, black cherry, raisins. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, quite fruity again, caramel, toasted malts, a bit earthy. Medium bodied. Well, tasty.

--Keg at Praha 993, Busan. -- Toasty chocolate aroma. Dry with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Coffee with slight notes of hay. Mid bitter finish. Needs more malt softness.
