20/10/2024. Draft at Praha 993, Busan, South Korea. Pours clear very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is condensed milk, liquorice, light roasted malt, nut, cinnamon, dark chocolate, lactose, coffee. Quite sweet with mellow but developing roasted bitterness. Medium body, smooth, light prickly carbonation. Milky sweet goodness. Best of the 4 sampler board.

Taster at the brewpub, Busan. Seems clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, earthy, dark chocolate, caramel, touch of nuts. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, pleasantly bitter, roasted, earthy, dark chocolate, pralines. Medium bodied. Nice one.

--Keg at Praha 993, Busan. -- Black, rich, creamy beige head. S Aroma of licorice, coffee and cinnamon. Mid sweet with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Licorice and coffee, some cream and caramel. Long bitter finish.
