RBESG 2023, Zagreb Grand Tasting. Thanks! Apple aroma, spice, and a floral touch. Quite aromatic. Tart apple with some tannic character. Light body, moderate carbonation, light finish.

Bottle from the cider maker's stand at the FRESH festival at Plzeň, shared at the RBESG 23 grand tasting! Clearish golden body, white head. Soft aroma, apple, lightly flowery. Lean, dry, minerally taste, vaguely leathery, somewhat oaky, slightly empty but tasty enough! Wasn't entirely thrilled, but some others were!

--Bottled at RBESG Grand Tasting 2023. -- Clear pale golden, small head. Generous aroma of apples and apple skin. Tart with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Apple and leathers. Some apple skin bitterness.
