Cette «grape ale» résulte de la macération de saisons sur marc d’Etraire de la d’Huy fraichement pressé en provenance du domaine des Rutissons (vendanges 2022). Ce cépage du Grésivaudan apporte une robe grenat violacée, un nez épicé et des arômes de griotte et de cassis. La base de saison vient soutenir les notes épicées et apporte une fine effervescence.

Bottle, 750 ml at RBESG 2023. Dark purple with small white head. Berries, grapes, some oak, tart. Medium bodied.

Bottle at the RBESG GT 2023 - huge thanks... Per I guess? Purple murky body, pinkish head. Minty aroma, grapes, wild, but fresh and pleasant. Oaky, creamy taste, light red grapes in presence definitely, ending light and dry. Tasty stuff overall!

Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Rather thin body, rather lots of sweetness, simple lactoseish. Lacks nuance. Grapes inside? Probably cabernet sauvignon, it sucks. Or alibernet. Not great. Not bad either though.

Shared beer at RBESG 2023, Zagreb. Red color with minimal white head. Red berries on aroma. Taste is Red fruits,, light funk, pleasant sourness.

--Bottled at RBESG Grand Tasting 2023. -- Deep burgundy colour, brief head. Lightly tart grape juice aroma. Mid dry with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grape juice, some hay. Mild bitter finish.
