Bottle. Not a very good beer. I have to say Red Bridge is a better beer in this category. Smelled kind of weak. Taste was sour with the taste of millet coming through all the grains. It’s worth one try.

500ml bottle picked up at the state store, BBD 3/14/23. Pours clear dark amber with a medium sized beige head, good lacing. Dark fruit, grains, toasted malts, caramel, bitter, herbal. Ok. I wouldn't want another one though.

Bottle. Amber color. Grainy aroma with apple. Watery flavor with oversweet apples. Grainy. Hint of caramel. A horrid beery fluid with a terrible price/quality index (€ 3,20 a bottle in a local Plusmarkt)

330ml bottle. As Green's great discovery amber. Amber brown colour, tan foam head leaving lacing and malt & yeast extract aroma. Taste is malty, yeast and fruity, with earthy bitterness. Watery mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, tangy bitter finish. OK.

500 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 10/28/2019. Pours slightly hazy deep reddish copper color with a 2 finger fairly dense light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a fluffy cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of raisin, plum, fig, pear, apple, pepper, clove, honey, brown sugar, light caramel, toasted bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and dark malty notes; with solid strength. Taste of raisin, plum, fig, pear, apple, pepper, clove, honey, brown sugar, light caramel, toasted bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate amount of peppery yeast spice and herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of raisin, plum, fig, pear, apple, honey, brown sugar, light caramel, toasted bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and dark malty flavors; with a nice malt/spiciness/bitterness balance and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with only a light warmth lingering after the finish. Overall this is a very good gluten free Belgian amber ale. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and dark malty flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

I had very low expectations for this one and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was drinkable - not good, but drinkable none the less. +++ Sampled from a 16.9 oz brown bottle this beer poured an exceptionally fizzy hazy dark brown color with an enormous creamy fluffy dark tan head that lingered forever and left good lacing. The aroma was Dr Pepper, cola and molasses. The flavor was tangy cola, vanilla, nut, buckwheat, almost sourdough bread and almost pepper. Medium finish and body though heavily overcarbonated. Not good, but not bad.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is very sweet with notes of caramel, cola, and boring malt, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
