La Cantuccini est notre lettre d'amour à ce fameux petit biscuit aux amandes originaire de la Toscane. Loin d'être aussi sèche que le biscotti qui l'inspire, notre version de la Cantuccini est un nectar liquide, riche en goût et en corps qui est parfait en digestif ou en fin de soirée. Brassé et conditionné avec du café espresso de nos amis de chez KOHI Micro-torréfacteur, de la vanille de Madagascar, des éclats de cacao Upala, du lactose, du sirop d'érable et BEAUCOUP d'amandes grillées. Après la première gorgée, vous aussi vous vous écrirer : "mio dio questo è buono! Grazie Sir Giovanni!"

Darker brown with little ruby highlights, a lighter mocha-coloured frothy head, good retention and mild wet lacing. Lots of cookie-biscuits in the aromas with almonds, coffee notes, hints of maple syrup. A silky, creamy and oily mouthfeel with very light dryness in the end. A little sweeter in the taste, than the nose. The maple syrup stands out more, over the almonds and cookies. Some coffee bitterness lingers. An interesting dessert Imperial Stout with the real toasted almonds-biscuit nose, and the sweetness coming out in the flavours with the maple syrup.

--Canned. -- Black, minimal brown head. Aroma of coffee, dried apple rings and burnt marshmallows. Very sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Saccharine and coffee with too much sugar, vanilla and chocolate cake. Mildly warming finish with disturbing artificial sweetener. Has some positive sides, but again a beer destroyed by lactose.

ABV: 10.0%. ✅ Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, coffee, strong coffee, espresso, cake, cantuccini I asume. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, coffee, strong coffee, bitter coffee, cake - cantuccini. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20230414]

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, coffee, caramel, vanilla, light maple syrup, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light maple, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.
