Just fantastic "table" lambic, incredible base funk and grape funk. Just incredible flavor for what it is.

Misted deep gold with a small head of low retention. Barnyard, lemon, autumn leaves, cheese mould, oak barrel, unripe grapes, grassy hop. Highly sour, dry. Light hop bitterness. Pedigree stuff.

375ml bottle from Tavour. Cloudy golden pour, bubbly head. Tart, funky aroma, fruity. Taste is white grapes, peach and lemon, sweet, just the right amount of pucker.

Bottled 375ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, small white head, funky and light lemony nose. Funky, lemony, peachy, notes of grapes and wood with touch of apples in the finish. Light carbonation.

Bottle. Gold, a white head fizzes away as it pours. Old citrus aroma - orange as well as lemon - with woody funk, hints of grapes. Sour with mellow and sharp citrus, oak, grapey, musty funk - but overall very sunny and refreshing.

Nice beer, picked up from Pig’s Ear. Well balanced, bit of lemony funk, pale woody dryness, melon, a few cobwebs. Highly drinkable.

Poured from 375mL bottle (bb 19/05/2027; 2021-2022 vintage). Clear blond gold with almost no white head. A bit tart and acidic, as per Tilquin, with mild white grape skin. Quite flat carbonation. Okay.
